WIC 2.1.3 to 2.1.6 Update on Mac G4 PPC running 10.5.8 problem

Let me guess, 2.1.6 is written for either an Intel or post 10.5 system. I'm on a PowerMac G4 MDD running 10.5.8. Had been running WIC 2.1.3 no problems. Ran update, now WIC just bounces in the dock and does not launch. Did a restart, no change. If needed please provide me with a link to 2.1.3 version so I an download and re-install. Thanks,

WIC 2.13 is the final version compatible with Non Intel PPC. We are updating our site to include links to download the older versions but for now you can download 2.13 here http://www.datafire.com/products/download/wic/2.x/wic_macosx-2-13.tar.gz
