Chapter 16. Command line usage

Newsgroup Image Collector offers a simple command line interface for automating tasks on a schedule.

16.1. Start a collection

The start parameter will begin the collection process for the specified collection. Simply use -start followed by the name of an image collection that you have already created.

16.1.1. Windows

		c:\Program Files\DataFire Technologies INC\NIC\bin\NIC.exe -start anyCollectionName
