Sites that do not work at all
Some websites are not accessible by WIC such as Sony Image station or Yahoo groups. These sites require special programming for the best download experience, and we are currently working on these items.

The trouble behind most non working sites can be:
A complex membership login process
A layer of javascript to obtain the image URL (Sony ImageStation)
A flash or applet that displays the images, not the HTML of the web page.

Sites giving you trouble
WIC may have trouble downloading images from websites until you properly train it. Some websites are very large and have a big number of web pages. If you tell WIC to download images from the entire web site, you may be waiting for a long time for it to complete. Furthermore, running WIC on the entire web site is not a friendly thing to do to the web site and it’s administrators. This takes up bandwidth and may slow down the web site for other users. To remedy this, you can use one or more features in WIC to focus on the images you need, and ignore the unwanted areas of the web site. These features include the sequence download and the page and image url filters.
